Siddhrans Affiliate – Service Provider Contract

1. Introduction

This Service Agreement outlines the terms and conditions between Siddhrans Affiliate (“Platform”) and the Service Provider (“Vendor”). Both parties agree to comply with the service policies described herein.

2. Definitions

Platform: Siddhrans Affiliate marketplace.
Vendor: The individual/business providing services.
Customer: End-user purchasing services.
Affiliate: Promoter who drives customers to the service.

3. Scope of Services

The Vendor agrees to deliver the listed services professionally, within the agreed timeline, and according to the deliverables defined in their service listing.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

• Provide accurate service descriptions.
• Maintain quality and professionalism.
• Deliver services on or before the promised date.
• Communicate promptly with customers.
• Resolve complaints quickly.

5. Platform Responsibilities

• Provide marketplace visibility.
• Enable customer–vendor communication.
• Manage affiliate commission distribution.
• Support disputes if escalated.

6. Payment & Commission Policy

• Vendor sets the service price.
• Platform deducts affiliate commission + fees.
• Settlements occur weekly.
• Vendor is responsible for applicable taxes.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Vendor must follow platform refund rules.
• Refunds may be approved if service was not delivered or customer dissatisfaction is justified.
• Excessive refund cases may affect Vendor status.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep customer data, business strategies, and operational details confidential.

9. Intellectual Property

Vendor ensures submitted service materials do not violate any copyright or intellectual property laws.

10. Code of Conduct

Vendors must maintain courteous communication, avoid misinformation, and uphold professional standards.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first attempt resolution through support. If unresolved, the Platform reserves the right to make the final decision.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days notice. Immediate termination applies for fraud, service misuse, or policy violations.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is not responsible for Vendor service quality or outcomes. Vendor holds full responsibility for their service delivery.

14. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Indian law and applicable business regulations.

15. Acceptance

By registering as a service provider, the Vendor agrees to all terms listed in this agreement.
