1. Introduction

The Vendor Code of Conduct outlines the ethical, professional, and operational standards expected from all vendors on the Siddhrans Affiliate platform.

2. Professional Behavior

Vendors must maintain respect and professionalism in all interactions with customers, affiliates, and platform staff.

3. Accurate Representation

• Vendors must provide truthful, complete, and accurate information about their products/services.
• Misleading claims or false advertising are strictly prohibited.

4. Quality Commitment

Vendors must ensure all products/services meet the quality standards promised in their listings.

5. Timely Delivery

All orders and services must be delivered within the agreed timelines. Delays must be communicated proactively.

6. Communication Standards

• Prompt responses to customer inquiries.
• Clear and respectful communication.
• Avoiding aggressive or unprofessional behavior.

7. Customer Privacy

Customer information must be protected and used only for service delivery. Sharing or misuse of personal data is not allowed.

8. Compliance with Policies

Vendors must comply with platform rules, SLA requirements, legal regulations, and refund & cancellation standards.

9. Prohibited Practices

• Fake reviews
• Fraudulent transactions
• Misuse of affiliate network
• Copying competitor content
• Violating copyright or trademarks

10. Working with Affiliates

• Provide clear communication and accurate details.
• Support affiliates with correct promotional material.
• Avoid conflicts or discouraging affiliate sales efforts.

11. Handling Complaints

Vendors must resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally, ideally within 48 hours.

12. Confidentiality

Internal platform processes, pricing structures, and affiliate data must remain confidential.

13. Penalties for Violations

Violations may lead to reduced visibility, temporary suspension, permanent removal from the platform, or legal action in severe cases.

14. Continuous Improvement

Vendors are encouraged to improve service quality, update listings regularly, and maintain high performance.

15. Acceptance

By listing on Siddhrans Affiliate, the vendor agrees to follow all guidelines stated in this Code of Conduct.
